We are not here -- I do not believe we are -- to decide who acted with the greatest brutality against innocent, unarmed civilians, but to clear up the record and to make it clear that the "unique" brutality of the Germans is a myth exploited obsessively throughout American culture for the political, social, and economic benefit of those who benefit from it. This is why we are forwarding the idea of an open debate on the matter, to break the taboo that forbids a real examination of the "unique monstrosity" of the Germans, which will, hopefully, lead to a public awareness and a back and forth on the issues we find [...] There is a tendency among revisionists, because of the stupid, one-sided history of WWII that has been institutionalized by our intellectual and political classes, to argue that the Germans are innocent of all wrong doing.
